Welcome to your home away from home at the Montaneros in Vail! To ensure your comfort and enjoyment during your stay, please take a moment to review the following guidelines.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.     Check-out: 10:00 a.m. 

Check in at Montaneros, 641 West Lionshead Circle, Vail CO 81657.

  • Parking in our garage for one vehicle is included in your nightly rate. Park your vehicle in the designated area with a parking pass visible to the outside.
  • Additional parking is available in the Town of Vail parking structures for a fee
  • We are a smoke-free establishment
  • All guests must be accompanied by an adult of 25+

Front Desk

Check in at the Montaneros Front Desk, 641 West Lionshead Circle. 

Our Front Desk is open 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. during peak months (ski season and June-September).

Fees

Tax — Rates do not include state and local tax which are subject to change. Tax is currently at 10.8%.
Resort Fee — All CoralTree Residence Collection Vail reservations will be subject to a taxable 6.5% resort fee which covers varying services at each property.

A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $69, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and it's contents up to $1,500. Click here to view the full damage waiver: Damage Waiver.

Housekeeping

  • Our housekeepers provide trash and towel service daily. Stays of 5+ nights receive a full clean on the fourth day, including a linen change.
  • Washer/dryers are available on every floor and are quarter operated. Quarters are available for purchase at the front desk.
  • Keep garbage disposals free of grease, glass, bones, fruit peels, and paper.
  • Please do not leave trash outside the residence. Doing so will encourage bears and wildlife to visit the property.

House Guidelines

  • Concierge Services are available through our Front Desk (970-476-2491).
  • Our property is non-smoking.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time. Loud, disruptive, boisterous behavior is not permitted at any time. Sound devices should be at a volume that does not disturb others.
  • Adults are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.
  • Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.
  • Pack and plays and cribs are available upon request.
  • You are responsible for the inventory within your residence, as well as your own possessions. Please use the safe deposit box at the front desk for valuables. The Montaneros in not responsible for lost or stolen property.
  • Towels, bathing apparel and other items are not to be draped on balconies or railings outside the residence.
  • Open flames, fires, and cooking are not permitted on the balconies or elsewhere on the property, except in the barbeque grills provided. We live in an area of high wild-fire risk and danger.
  • Fireworks and firecrackers are strongly prohibited on property.
  • Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors are located in all units. Please check your residence for their locations.
  • Please do not wear ski boots or bring skis inside your residence. There is a ski and boot room located off of the lobby for your use.
  • The Guest agrees to use the residence and the amenities at the Montaneros in Vail entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk, and responsibility. The Guest assumes
